Heartmending is a meditative art class involving collage and hand-stitching.
Service Description
Find beauty in imperfection through creating art by hand through self-expression. Experience renewed feelings of peace, harmony. Connect with memories from the past and set intentions for the future. Materials included: fabric, threads, needles, scissors, heart forms, mini notebook. Participants will begin with a brief meditation and freewriting before creating your very own healing heart collage to take home. This class is led by a licensed clinical addictions counselor and interdisciplinary media artist, Jes Wen'de Waters
